Our story

Benefits built on relationships.

Kiwi Benefits brings a personal, practical approach to voluntary benefits—helping employers support their people beyond the workplace.

What we believe

The employee is the most valuable company asset.

Kiwi Benefits was founded on the belief that strong business relationships should still feel human. Employees bring their whole lives to work, including concerns about family, financial security, pets, and the future.

Our role is to help employers respond with benefits that are understandable, relevant, and easier to communicate across a large workforce.

Since entering the employee-benefits space in 2015, founder Pat Mitchell has focused on the connection between protection, family wellbeing, and practical everyday support.

Our philosophy

Personal guidance, supported by practical solutions.

We believe benefits should reduce uncertainty—not add another layer of complexity. Kiwi focuses on a concise portfolio and communication that makes each option easy to understand.

“There was a time when relationships mattered beyond corporate leverage. In my world, this time still exists.”

Human first

Every recommendation starts with the people the benefit is meant to support.

Built on trust
